The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
The way you manage your properties is changing. As of Monday 23rd January The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 will be introduced. This is seen as an important step towards implementing the recommendations of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 1 report and pertains specifically for residential properties.
It addresses concerns about external walls and flat entrance doors of multi-occupancy residential buildings with two or more premises and how these are included in the building’s fire risk assessment.
