10 years ago, Douglas Fokuo identified a need for a locally focused letting agency in North London with a bespoke service to landlords. Property rentals in the UK were booming, and this was his home turf. Having grown up in the area, he figured he knew it better than anyone. And so REKA Property Management LTD was born in North London. RPML is a web based agency therefore passing on the savings to landlords and tenants. Douglas’s principle was simple. Personal service, and a local knowledge second to none. Rather than trying to learn a little bit about a lot of areas , he resolved to learn everything there was to know about the immediate and close surrounding areas of where he lived in North London.

The result was instantaneous and spectacular. The local community by word of mouth quickly became aware of the enthusiasm and dedication of Douglas and his team. And with that came sales, and then naturally more business.
