For tenants, we help you find the right property to rent; we give you all the information you need, and we provide you with a dedicated call centre… you can get in touch with us fast if you ever have a problem with the property.
For landlords, we give you an accurate rental appraisal, we find you quality tenants, and we provide you with our Proactive Maintenance Service. This means we do ongoing maintenance inspections and notify you of upcoming routine maintenance issues. We don’t wait until maintenance becomes a last-minute, expensive emergency repair for your property.
For property investors, we give you hand-held support, which starts from planning the HMO conversion, to the initial design, build, approvals, through to finding the right quality tenants and managing the property for you. Best of all, we coordinate and manage the entire development for you, so you only have one point of contact. This means we are responsive and available when you need us.
And if you don’t have a property to convert, then we can help source an appropriate property that can give you three to five times the rental return of a single dwelling house.

Douglas Fokuo has been interested in property, from a young age so it’s no wonder that he became an investor, developer and landlord with properties in North London.
In 2006 he identified a need for a locally focused letting agency in North London which provided a bespoke service for landlords.
Knowing the area, and seeing the financial opportunities available for landlords, it seemed logical to work collaboratively with them.
So REKA Property Management was born… to combine his love of property, design innovation and in-depth local knowledge to fill the gap for investors and landlords.
Douglas embodies the Reka principles; integrity, honesty, reliability combined with a love of property, design innovation and in-depth local knowledge. He lives and breathes these and subsequently so does his teams.
His key strength is his ability to really understand what his clients want and need… whether they are tenants, landlords or investors. Douglas closely collaborates with his clients to help them create a better lifestyle.
Douglas’ passion is converting existing single dwellings to HMO properties to give his clients a three to five times rental return. He is focused on providing high-quality designs that are also practical and within budget. He is a deep thinker, a good listener and a proactive problem solver who creates useable spaces to maximise the return for his clients.
Since the inception of REKA Property Management, Douglas has led the enthusiastic, property-loving team, to not only help their clients but to also assist those less fortunate by donating a portion of our profits to Shelter and offering emergency accommodation to house families unexpectedly made homeless.
