Home Finder Scheme…. Landlords Being Rewarded for Easing the London Housing Crisis
If you have already let your property to tenants, then you know that long-term renting is reality for many Londoners. After all, its not surprising that London is in the middle of a housing crisis, caused by the extremely high cost of living.

Introducing the Reka Property Home Finder Scheme
As landlords ourselves, we want to help ease the housing crisis in London. It’s our vision to provide ingenious, innovative housing solutions.
That’s why we’re an authorised supplier of properties to local authorities in London, as well as members of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme and members of the Property Redress Scheme.
Our goal is to supply suitable homes to local authorities within the London boroughs to help families in need.
The REKA Property Home Finder Scheme is a program that helps landlords immediately let their properties to good tenants while providing quality accommodation for Local Housing.
We give landlords the opportunity to rent their properties immediately, receive London housing rates and a two-year tenancy agreement with fully vetted quality tenants.
What’s more, the rent can be guaranteed (in some cases), so there’s no cash flow loss if there’s a vacancy.
However, there are more tenants than available properties.
That’s where you can help.
If you refer a landlord and we successfully let their property through our Property Home Finder Scheme, then we’ll give you £200 as our thanks to you.
We are currently looking for the following types of properties:
- Studio
- One bedroom
- Two bedrooms
- Three bedrooms
- Four bedrooms +
We are offering this service to support landlords, like you, help other people. Together we believe we can make a difference to the housing crisis.
